In the mid-1960’s Andy Bogdonoff (“Big” Andy) went to work for a long-time local business known as Dockery Plumbing, Heating & Cooling (located on Shasta Street in Yuba City) fabricating sheet metal, and repairing and installing heating and cooling systems. In 1969 Bill Dockery was ready for a change of pace and Big Andy and his wife Barbara purchased Dockery’s and renamed the company Andy’s Dockery Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and Andy’s has been family owned and operated ever since. After Big Andy’s passing in 1977, Barbara and her eldest son (“Young”) Andy continued the business and like his father “Young” Andy is at the helm working to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of every customer.

Currently, Andy’s Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is the Yuba-Sutter area’s only Bryant® Factory Authorized Dealer (FAD) where your satisfaction is guaranteed*.
